What is the minimum stay for a long-term rental in Saïdia?
Long-term rentals are available from 15 days, as well as by the month. Stays of 3 months or more benefit from a 10% discount on the monthly rate.
During which period can I rent long-term in Saïdia?
From October to the end of May (off-season). Two pricing tiers apply: "La Douceur" (October, November, April, May) and "Le Cœur de l'Hiver" (December to March).
Are utilities included in the rent?
Yes. Rents are fully inclusive: water, electricity and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, with an electricity allowance for normal use (around 300 kWh/month); beyond that, actual consumption is billed.
