We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us (via WhatsApp, email or phone) or share for a booking: name, contact details (phone, email), stay dates, number of guests and any information relevant to your request. We do not collect sensitive data.
Your data is used solely to: respond to your requests, prepare quotes, manage your bookings and our concierge and rental-management services, and improve the quality of our services. We never sell your data to third parties.
Processing is based on your consent and on the pre-contractual and contractual steps necessary to handle your booking or management request.
We only share your data with providers strictly necessary to our services. Our website uses third-party services that may process certain technical data: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Google Maps for map display and Google Fonts for fonts. These services have their own privacy policies.
The site does not set advertising cookies. Only third-party technical resources (maps and fonts) may load for pages to work properly. You can configure your browser to limit or block these elements.
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
